Pompey were put through a tough session on Saturday morning at Bally’s Boxing Gym in Milton Road.

Gavin Jones tweeted: “Top session in gym this morning with Portsmouth FC have to hand it to @KalNaismith11 he can punch with that right hand.”

Bally’s is a small local non profit self funded gym run by a group of passionate boxing lovers Gavin Jones, Michael Ballingall and James Lee.
