Christian Burgess is set to become Paul Cook’s next addition as the squad revamp gathers pace.

Peterborough’s Barry Fry has confirmed that a fee and personal terms have been agreed for the 23 year old 6’5″ centre-back who will have a medical on his return from holiday early next week.

Burgess was one of seven players transfer-listed this summer by Peterborough after playing 33 games for Posh last season and scoring four goals.
